Service Fees and Rates

Base rate: $150 / hour

Includes Trustee Services, Estate, Property, Financial Management. Marshalling of assets. Management of family conflict. Tasks not able to be delegated due to level of responsibility. Case Management, Care coordination, Housing, Benefits applications and coordination, Medical Care Management, Accounting, Insurance and payroll coordination. Tax and Accounting management and coordination. Court Appearances.

Bookkeeping/Clerical: $135 / hour

Banking, accounts payable processing, scanning, filing, receivables, client support, general bookkeeping and data entry, reconciliations, processing of reimbursements.

Non-Routine, Non-professional services: $150 / hour

Personal assistance, shopping for client, errands, extraordinary copying, mailing, online shopping, clerical support projects.

No Charge Fees: No charge when reasonable

Our policy is to encourage family involvement, “Reasonable” communications will NOT be charged for family communications (email, phone calls) when the communication is short and related to the client.

Communication that becomes excessive and continuous or specifically related to the above tasks will be billed at the appropriate rate.

Premium rates: 1.5 times the regular rate

Premium rate of 150% of the regular fee may apply for after hours matters that cannot wait until normal working hours.

This does NOT apply to client emergencies. Normal hours are: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Initial Account Set-up Fee: $300

Monthly Minimum Fee: $150 / month (not combined with hourly rates)

Services Include: Necessary and/or requested Online banking, Bill pay, scanning, filing, client errands, routine correspondence. Note: This rate only used on accounts with minimal activity where tracking and billing becomes more time consuming than the activity itself.

General Terms

Ramarao Digumarthi is NOT an attorney, a tax professional, financial advisor, real estate agent, and/or medical professional and will contract services of appropriate professionals, as needed, which will be billed to the client and paid by client funds.

All services will be charged at a minimum of one-tenth (.10) of an hour. Fees will be billed for services, which include, but is not limited to: travel, client visits, telephone calls related to client issues, letters, document review, preparation of documents, deposition and court preparation and attendance, consultation, and related administrative support. Travel time is billed door to door. Ramarao Digumarthi reviews and increases his billing rates periodically, upon written notice to its clients. The applicable hourly billing rates are those in effect at the time that the services are performed.

Client will be responsible for the payment of all direct costs and expenses incurred on behalf of client, including but not limited to long distance telephone charges, copy charges, postage etc. in addition to the payment of fees as set forth in the paragraphs above.

The following services are specifically excluded and will be billed to Client as necessary:
Legal advice and representation, Tax advice and preparation, Professional financial investment management fees.
